The Queens Hotel overlooks the beach and is located in the heart of the historic Lanes area in Brighton. We are just a few minutes walk away from both the Brighton Centre and the Hilton conference centres, Churchill Square and the main shopping areas and The Lanes and North Laine area for the many bars and restaurants.

Eating and drinking comes in the form of the popular No.1 Bar and Bistro. Overlooking the main promenade, guests can relax in the huge leather sofas while enjoying a drink and looking over the bistro menu. Our complimentary breakfast is a hot and cold breakfast buffet and is also served in No.1.

For the more energetic , we are home to the Lanes Health Club, for which you will received complimentary membership for the length of your stay. You can make use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, solarium and a wide range of cardio-vascular equipment and weights area.

Please note the customer credit card details may only be used to guarantee the reservation. We require payment or a pre-authorisation in person on arrival at the hotel.

We no longer accept payment by cheque on arrival at the hotel. Should you wish to pay in advance by cheque we must receive the cheque no later than one month prior to arrival.

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Non arrivals or late cancellations will incur a charge of the first night and these charges will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.

Check- in time is 15.00 GMT and check out time is 11.00 GMT. All rates quoted are inclusive of local taxes.

Cash payments must be accompanied by a refundable £100 security deposit.

Food will not be available in the evening on weekends in December.

The restaurant will be open for breakfast only on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
